How to use

Library Card Issuance

Services Requiring a Library Card

  • Check out books
  • Access E-books & audiobooks from the outside
  • Reserve public computers or seminar rooms
  • Register for programs
  • Request a book purchase

Process

  • Residents of Busan, Ulsan, or Gyeongsangnam-do, including local employees and students
  • Register on the library’s website first
  • Bring the required documents in person or apply online

Documents Required
Adults
  • Identification Card
  • Certificate of employment/current enrollment(For local employees and students)
Teenagers
(Aged 14-19)
Children
(Aged 1-13)
  • 1. Guardian’s identification card
  • 2. Any document proving a family relationship
Foreign residents
  • Certificate of Alien Registration
    (Should be valid for at least 3 months)

Services for the Physically Challenged and the Blind

  • Exclusive seats equipped with various reading aids designed for the physically challenged or disabled are available.
  • Assistive devices for the disabled are available.
  • Face to face Reading Room is available.
