  • Mon. - Fri. : 9:00 – 21:00 / Weekends : 9:00 – 17:00
  • Closed on national holidays, and every Tuesday

After-hours Services

  • Reading Rooms Available after 6 PM
    • 1F Circulation Desk & Main reading room

Reservation times
  • Mon. - Fri. : 9:00 – 17:00 on the same day as the reservation
Materials requiring reservation
  • Books (in closed stacks)
  • Legal/parliamentary materials (kept in the reading room)
  • Periodicals (published before 2015); international organization-related materials (published before 2015)
  • Materials kept in reading rooms that close at 6 PM (Materials kept in the Science room, parliamentary room)
